Built for Independent
Home Care Agencies
One automation engineer, one integration stack, no chatbot reseller markup.
Here's why OpsHarbor exists and how it works.
Not a Reseller Layer
Our Mission
Home care agencies lose caregivers they already paid to recruit, not because owners aren't working hard enough, but because an application that lands at 9pm sits untouched until someone has a free minute. Caregivers say the three-to-four-week wait for a callback is exactly why they stop answering. OpsHarbor works with the scheduling software you already run and handles the calling: applicant screening, after-hours family inquiries, open-shift coverage, clock-in chasing, and credential expiry. No new login, no rip-and-replace, and no care advice given, ever.
Plugs Into
Your Existing Stack
Trademarks belong to their respective owners. Compatibility, not partnership.
Non-Advisory by Design
Every workflow we build stays strictly administrative. Screening, scheduling, reminders and intake, never care advice, never a clinical assessment, and never a plan of care. That line is not a preference, it is where your care manager's judgment begins, and we build to it every time.
No Rip-and-Replace
You keep your scheduler. We build into it, not around it. There's no new login for your staff to learn and no data migration project. If the integration can't plug into what you already run, we don't ship it.
Owned Infrastructure
The voice AI runs on our own self-hosted stack rather than a per-minute reseller API. Telephony and speech usage still carry real per-minute costs from the underlying carriers, but they're passed through at cost with no markup from us, so pricing stays predictable as call volume grows.
One Engineer, Direct Access
No account manager relaying requests to an offshore build team. You talk directly to the person building and maintaining your automation, from the first workflow to the tenth.
Your Existing Tools
into the systems your agency already runs. No middleware, and no
third-party SaaS holding your data.
