Three Tiers, Built
Around Your Agency
Start with the recruiting calls, then add intake and shift coverage once the first works.
Every workflow plugs into the scheduler you already run and stays strictly administrative.

Five Workflows, Three Tiers
Tier 1 covers backend automation on its own. Tier 2 adds AI voice agents for after-hours
calls. Every workflow stays strictly administrative and plugs into your existing scheduler.
Caregiver Recruiting Agent
Caregiver turnover runs about 75% a year (Activated Insights 2026 Benchmarking Report), and agencies take three to four weeks to call an applicant back, and caregivers say that wait is exactly why they stop answering. We call within about a minute of the application, screen against your requirements, and book the interview.

After-Hours Family Intake
The average agency takes over an hour to return a new inquiry, and by then the family has called two or three competitors. Our agent answers on the first ring, captures who needs care and when, and books the consult.

02
Open Shift Coverage
About 1% of scheduled shifts end up a no-call no-show, and each one carries roughly an 18% chance of losing that client outright. On a call-out we phone every qualified caregiver at once and the first to accept takes the shift.

03
Clock-In Chasing
A caregiver who has not clocked in ten minutes into a shift is a problem you want to hear about before the family does. The agent calls the caregiver, then escalates to your scheduler if there is no answer.

Credential Expiry Tracking
Certifications, TB tests and background checks lapse quietly until an audit or an incident surfaces them. We chase renewals on a 90/60/30-day cadence and log every touch back to the caregiver record.

Questions
Questions
No. The Recruiting Agent stands on its own at $1,500/mo and most agencies should start there. Recruiting + Intake at $2,000/mo adds the inbound side, and Full Coverage at $2,500/mo adds shift coverage, clock-in chasing and credential tracking. You move up when the tier below is proven, not on a schedule.
Read access to your scheduling software, a sample of the calls or applicant records the workflow needs to handle, and someone who can approve the call script before it goes live.
AxisCare, WellSky Personal Care and AlayaCare are the three we build into directly, because all three publish developer documentation. AxisCare’s is the most complete, which makes it the smoothest to build against. If you run something else, or you are still scheduling in a spreadsheet, tell us on the call.
The setup fee covers the build and integration work. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring and ongoing maintenance, so the workflow keeps running as your scheduler or your state's requirements change.
